Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned within 2 Day’s of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tcc@thechalucompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 Business Day’s.
Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:
